The Town Church is a Church of England Church in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
All are very welcome to attend services, light a candle and say a prayer, enjoy the glorious architecture or sit quietly in this oasis of peace in a busy world. The Town Church was referenced in Victor Hugo’s 1866 novel Les Travailleurs de la mer (Toilers of the Sea).
He once said of the church
"with its three gable-ends, its transept, and its spire... offering a welcome to those arriving and a farewell to those departing.”
