This prehistoric passage grave, originally perhaps the largest and finest in Guernsey, now survives only as two upright slabs and a displaced capstone.
Around 200 years ago the farmer who owned land the grave was situated on ordered the stones to be broken up to use in building work. What remains is currently situated in the Vale Primary School playground.
