St Peter's is the Anglican Church on The Island of Sark. Situated in the centre of the island, we welcome visitors and tourists from around the world.

There has been a church on the island since the first Seigneur. Built in its current position in 1821, with a chancel added in 1877 and the bell tower was built in 1883 to give the island access to a clock.

As an island, Sark is very protective of its unique traditions and the church is no exception. The continuation of pew rents is a prime example. Church services are also traditional, with informal and family services to mark special occasions to suit a younger age group. The church seeks to keep a presence throughout the community as well as offering a warm welcome to visitor, many of whom have become friends through regular holidays, some for over 50 years.
