Cobo Bay Beach

Cobo Bay is one of Guernsey's finest beaches - it was given a gold standard rating by the Good Beach Guide in 2012. A large sandy beach with shallow waters making it ideal as a bucket and spade destination for tourists and locals alike.

Rock pools are revealed at low tide and since the bay is so safe it is perfect for swimmers and is enjoyed by surfers and windsurfers alike. The beach is close to many amenities so a trip to Cobo can take up a whole day!

There are four stretches of concrete sea wall on the seaward side of the Cobo coast road. These walls were built during the Occupation
